What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

For beanies:50; For all other hats:25; For all other clothing items:100

What is your turnaround time?

For custom samples, please allow 7-12 days after submitting your design details. For bulk orders of custom apparel items, please allow 25-30 days after sample approval.

Can I get a sample?

We offer two types of samples: stock and custom. You can request up to 2 stock samples free of charge. All you have to do is pay for the shipping fees. A custom sample with your design and color options costs between $35-$50, depending on your design requirements – sample fees can be deducted from final bulk orders of 500 pieces or more.

Absolutely. Our team of design experts is here to help bring your vision to life, from ideation through delivery of the final product. From color and material choices, to logo design assistance, to customization of packaging, to product promotion consultations, we’re here to help.

Why your price is so high?

1. We dont have any stock. All your hats are 100% freshly customized after order placed, from fabric purchasing…. to package, total at least 22 steps, each step is made with heart.

2. We mainly focus on high quality products. Workers are paid by hours not by how many pcs they finish. So they have more time to take care and do better job.

Seeing is believing, i advise you start with a sample at first, we are confident what you get from us.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with applicable shipping carrier and tracking information.

If I don't like the sample,what's the solution?

I will make the production file for you to confirm all details before production,you will check each detail clearly.The sample comes out details as per the request.

Can you send me a product catalog for choosing?

We make custom products, no stock. The catalog do not include all products we made. However, we would like to show some hats we made for reference.

What are your payment terms?

T/T,L/C,Paypal,Western Union,Trade Assurance,30% deposit before production,70% balance before shipment.

What do you need for logo customisation?

PDF.AIJPG.CDR.PSD etc.

Can I order hats with my own design and Logo?

What if I want to cancel my order?

To cancel an order without incurring fees, a cancellation request must be made before production. Once production has begun, a fee will be charged for cancellation.

Can we do environmental material?

No problem.We have GRS certificates to send. Moreover, we can do organic cotton as well.

What if the product I receive is damaged or faulty?

If you believe the product you received is faulty or has been damaged in transport, please reach out to our customer service team at inquiry@tobeatyhats.com with any supporting documentation you can provide so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue at hand. If it is confirmed that the product is flawed, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange it for a correct order.
